owner to determine how to tailor our evaluation service to meet their specific needs. For example, some clients may wish to specify the exact day and time of arrival at the bar or
for lunch/dinner, while others may simply want to provide a range of times on a selection
of days.

In addition, as the cost of food and beverages will be billed to the owner's account, appropriate limitations and requirements on menu selections are anticipated. While our analysts may note extraordinary issues concerning food quality (temperature, wrong order,
or a failure to observe dietary requirements), Nostro Segreto analysts are focusing on the timing and manner of service and not the quality of the food.
