Bar Service Only

provides a visit of 45-90 minutes (owner's discretion) in the bar area,
either seated or at the bar.

Lunch/Dinner Service Only

consists of a review of either lunch or dinner service, accordingly. Multiple visit packages that include both lunch and dinner are priced as "Custom Samplers."

A Comprehensive Review

includes at least 30 minutes in the bar area before dinner and, for multiple visit packages, a periodic summary performance review identifying trends, patterns and areas of particular interest to the owner.

The above reviews can be purchased "a la carte" or as a part of a package. Available packages range from "Single Visits" to "12 visits in 12 months" to "Custom Samplers" designed entirely by the owner, and are priced accordingly. The most popular package is

The Usual

consists of five (5) separate visits that include one Bar Service, one Lunch Service, one Dinner Service, and one Comprehensive Review, with the remaining visit selected at the owner's discretion.
